Houdini & Doyle - no life beyond the grave

Well it seems that, despite my hopes, Houdini & Doyle is definitely no more.

A series of Tweets from its creator has settled that. The two most relevant were:

I admire his on-line stoicism but I imagine he's a good deal more annoyed in private. I would be. The show may have had its flaws but they could have been ironed out with a chance. Both the UK and US hastened its demise. The UK by putting it on a channel virtually no one can watch and the US with disadvantageous scheduling.

The people in suits just didn't play fair.
