Sherlock S3 - Teaser trailer.....question
The most interesting thing is the suggestion that Sherlock’s
return is going to be a surprise to Molly. It could all be sleight of hand but
that is what is implied by the trailer. If that’s the case it damages the idea
that Molly was involved in the “fake” death…

You can't go by what you see in trailers. They could be edited to to imply actions or events opposite to what actually appears. There is not enough data to form a conclusion about Molly's role in Sherlock's "death".

DeleteI think Molly could easily be startled even if she knew he was alive.

DeleteShe may have been involved in faking his death, but that mustn't mean that she'd know when he'll turn up again. So, she may well be surprised when he does.
